We are upfront about what we are. CutlistHQ is a computation tool, not a builder showing off projects. We do not claim to have built the structures, and we do not publish other people's photos as our own. Our value is that every number is traceable to a published framing standard — see the methodology for the exact sources and rules. When the math runs past what those standards cover, the tool says so instead of guessing.

The materials math is free. For the dimensioned drawings, panel layouts, and assembly steps needed to actually build a structure, we link to vetted downloadable plan sets, with honest notes on what each includes.
